AbilitiesNQ provides safe, nurturing and individualised residential care for children and young people referred by the Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety (DFSDSCS). Our homes are designed to provide stability, consistency and a sense of belonging while supporting each young person’s individual needs, strengths, development and goals.

We recognise that every child has their own experiences, strengths and challenges, and we take a trauma-informed and child-centred approach to care.
